EKAMA Foundation Ceremony

Thanks to the occasions provided by the annual EKC (EU-Korea Conference) events and by supports from the Korean scientists’ association in Europe, the experts in the domain of mechatronics and aerospace have gathered together since couple of years. During the past, helps and supports from KISTI and encouragements from KARI, KIMM and European Korean Scientists associations were truly appreciated. We’d like to thank all those who provided such encouragements we have received in the past and would like to develop further our exchanges in both personal and professional means. This is why, we, European Koreans, have decided to officialise such multi-year networking efforts by creating an association dedicated for the domain of expertise in the mechatronics and aerospace. This new association, EKAMA, will therefore be a home of all European Koreans with objectives as follows;

(1) It aims to develop a close network of scientists and engineers in the field of mechanical and aerospace engineering as well as all related science and engineering domain

(2) It will promote a close cooperation relationship between Korean and European scientists and engineers in the field of mechanical and aerospace engineering

(3) It will also encourage developing the leading-edge technologies in all related areas of mechanical and aerospace applications

The EKAMA is open to all Europeans and Koreans, who share the same vision and same objectives. Welcoming all new members to this association, we look forward to further development in our objectives and to contributing to the European and Korean communities.

Thanks to all participants for this meaningful event.
